Wizikey Co-Founder Aakriti Bhargava shared how AI is transforming public sector communications at the NTPC Regional Workshop in Ratnagiri.
At Wizikey, we believe artificial intelligence is not just reshaping industries, it is transforming how organisations communicate, build trust, and manage stakeholders. Our Co-Founder Ms. Aakriti Bhargava addressed NTPC’s Regional Corporate Communications Meet-cum-Workshop on Stakeholder Management, held at RGPPL, Ratnagiri.
The workshop brought together NTPC’s regional leadership and communications professionals to explore new strategies for stakeholder management. Speaking on the theme “Artificial Intelligence: Transforming Communications and PR in the Public Sector,” Aakriti highlighted how AI enables timely insights, predictive intelligence, and sharper narrative management for large institutions.
“AI is moving at breakneck speed. If you blink, you’ll miss the next leap. For comms teams, the opportunity is to not just keep pace but to learn, share, and build AI use cases within clear guardrails. At the NTPC meet, it was a privilege to showcase the latest, from AEO to ‘Ask Wizikey.’ This is just the beginning of the next age of communications, and we’re driving it together.” – Aakriti Bhargava, Co-Founder, Wizikey
Wizikey has long been at the forefront of building AI-driven intelligence for communications teams. Our platform simplifies workflows, provides real-time media insights, and empowers decision-makers to track sentiment, monitor narratives, and measure impact with speed and precision.
By participating in forums like NTPC’s 2025 communications workshop, we aim to bridge the gap between traditional public-sector practices and next-generation AI adoption ensuring communications leaders are equipped for the challenges of today and tomorrow.

During her talk, Aakriti introduced Wizikey’s vision of an AI Operating System for communications teams, positioning it as the command centre for all things PR. Shared dashboards and inboxes are designed to ensure that even geographically dispersed teams can collaborate seamlessly from a single source of truth. The AI OS also powers real-time crisis detection by monitoring media and social channels, offers automated decision support through predictive analysis, and enables scenario planning and simulation to test strategies. These capabilities equip organisations to respond proactively, with greater agility and resilience.
Looking Ahead
As organisations across sectors embrace digital transformation, Wizikey remains committed to driving this evolution. Our vision is clear: to empower communications leaders with AI-powered tools that make engagement smarter, faster, and more impactful.
